REFUND POLICIES


We will refund tickets only if we don't garantee the service.

If the customer does not board of misses the ferry, he will not be entitled to a refund.

You can ask for refund to the website where you bought tickets. No refunds are provided in the event of ferry delays and

the refund does not include the costs of additional services purchased by the traveller following the cancellation of the journey
