Im Januar habe ich Tickets auf Mister Ferry gekauft und erst vor ein paar Tagen habe ich eine Mitteilung von der Reederei bekommen, dass die von mir gebuchte Abfahrt storniert wurde.Ich habe mich sofort mit Mister Ferry in Verbindung gesetzt und obwohl es nicht einfach war,die Leitung zu bekommen,hat mir Claudia geholfen,das Ticket umzubuchen.Ich bin mit dem angeboteten Service sehr zufrieden.
