. All'atto di inserire i nomi dei partecipanti mi sono accorto in ritardo, in quanto più in basso e nascosto , della differenza tra adulti e senior. Questo mi ha costretto a rifare parte della prenotazione. Non capisco inoltre il motivo di dover intestare il biglietto ad un adulto e non come avrei voluto ad un senior. Comunque ok

Il biglietto viene intestato al primo passeggero inserito ed è riportata chiaramente la dicitura "1° passeggero - intestatario del biglietto". après pas mal de problèmes pour ma réserver vers Capri ,j'ai Valentina au téléphone ,qui me règle le problème, très patiente et à l’écoute. C'est agréable de ne pas tomber sur un "robot"!!!!
